Process Engineering Manager Convenient Foods (Noodles)

Job PurposeLead and execute process technology development and scale-up activities for the Convenient Foods category (Noodles). This role bridges R&D formulation, project deployment, and factory operations to ensure robust technology transfer, product industrialization, and continuous process optimization.Key Responsibilities• Propose suitable processing technologies aligned with product innovation.• Develop process block diagrams and preliminary manufacturing flows.• Design P&IDs and detailed process schematics.• Consolidate technical specifications for equipment and systems.• Conduct basic capacity calculations and zoning layout proposals.• Support pilot trials and contribute to product matching and formulation alignment.• Provide technical guidance during plant commissioning and production startup.• Generate final documentation packages for project handover.• Identify process risks and drive preventive/corrective actions.• Lead and coach the Process Engineering team for performance and development.
