Process Engineering Supervisor (Water Treatment) - Hung Yen Factory

• Education: Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Food Technology.• Experience: Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in Food factories with production processes, or water treatment systems/wastewater treatment areas. Familiarity with pumps, valves, and AutoCAD is advantageous.• Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Possess strong English and communication skills to facilitate effective dialogue with local and international stakeholders, as well as managing the Global Water treatment documents.• Business Acumen: Demonstrate good common sense in business matters.• Problem Solving and Decision Making: Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to comprehend and effectively utilize technical concepts and knowledge.• Self-Motivation and Learning: Display high levels of self-motivation and a proactive approach to learning.• Relationship Building: Capable of establishing strong relationships with internal and external colleagues to drive successful business outcomes.
