HƯNG THUẬN, Q.12, TP.HCMResponsible for managing supplier relationships, supporting procurement operations in system, ensuring price control, sourcing new suppliers, and maintaining inventory and purchasing processes efficiently and accurately. Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and standards.Material Price Management:• Support material price approval process in system, including document checks, uploads, manage suppliers’ information.• Looking for new suppliers, monitor and control material price variations through comparison between current and potential suppliers.Supplier management:• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, delivery speed, and how well they follow agreements.• Create reports on supplier performance and track their progress.• Meet suppliers regularly to share feedback and help them improve.• Track suppliers follow contracts, quality standards, and company rules.• Support contract negotiations and ensure terms reflect current business needs and market conditions.• Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers to keep the supply chain smooth and reliable.• Act as the main contact person for suppliers, handling their questions and concerns professionally.Monitor Inventory:• Track inventory levels and notify when restocking is needed.• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and management of goods.Others:• Other tasks assigned by line manager or BOD.
