Procurement Manager

Purchasing (main job)- Responsible for managing, planning, developing for whole purchasing activity of company in a cost-effective way, while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.- Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety. - Manage vendor relationships and build up effective partnerships.- Set out purchasing strategies to serve business needs in Vietnam market- Sourcing new suppliers for purchased products and services to ensure smooth operation- Modernize procurement process by digitalization works- Dealing with suppliers, build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers- Discuss and solve trouble when there is defective or unacceptable goods or services with users and supplier.Logistics - Supporting to Supply Chain Director: - Strengthen the company’s supply chain strategy- Digitalize in logistic process- Evaluate and report on KPIs, analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly, resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes & ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth- Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
