• Conduct supplier research, market analysis, partner discovery, and partner development based on a precise understanding of the purchase request.• Discover suppliers and execute contracts considering market trends, regulatory compliance, and risk management.• Secure competitive sourcing advantages through negotiations on price, payment terms, and service levels.• Promote global sourcing by collaborating with the global Lock & Lock organization.• Set up the purchasing organization and establishing the purchasing process within the Vietnam subsidiary in accordance with Lock&Lock's global procurement guidelines.• Manage supplier portfolio and evaluate suppliers.• Manage the ordering process and schedules.
