As a CBRE Procurement Supervisor, you will design, evaluate, and provide complex reports based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management, and performance of suppliers and vendors.This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.What You'll Do:- Design and implement sourcing strategies and procurement plans to support account, and client's procurement strategies and objectives. Includes and not limited to:• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents in support of the purchase of goods and servicesNegotiate contracts for goods and services, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, compliance and timely delivery.• Contract review and/or preparation and negotiation, contract administration and adherence to company policies and legal requirements and compliance.• Manage the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions and renewals. Interfaces with/advises peers and corporate management staff with changes or results.• Manage supplier performance management and development program.- Lead RFP processes to support program goals and requirements. Work with internal and client stakeholders in establishing, managing, creating RFPs and analyzing purchasing projects.- Perform Supply Chain and Procurement Data Analysis:• Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.• Present the results of reports along with their relative impacts on the business.• Maintain data integrity and make changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness, and access.• Collect and rationalize complex data from many sources. Conduct advanced financial evaluation.• Ensure data integrity and accuracy. Use data from many sources to create a complete overview that includes improvements and recommendations.• Review forecasts and investigate trends in general business conditions. Make strategic recommendations to business.- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince others to reach an agreement.- Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

What You'll Need:• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management preferred with 03 to 05 years of relevant experience. Minimum three (03) years' experience in procurement of real estate or facility management services and supplies.• Understanding existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.• Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.• Knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Capability to conduct financial analysis, ROl.• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of database reporting and platform manipulation. Familiarity with the use of contracts management tools and platforms.• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
