Product Content Writer and Moderator

We are looking for a Content Writer and Moderator to research, write, proofread and publish online content for Traveloka Experience. Content Writer and Moderator responsibilities include producing, fact-checking, and optimizing written pieces to increase user engagement. In this role, you will: - Understand Traveloka users, identify who they are and what their needs are, and create content to meet these needs- Produce high-quality, compelling content in line with detailed briefs, while adhering to Traveloka and our product’s tone of voice and style guide- Write various contents including, but not limited to product descriptions, landing page copy, articles, and other types of product content- Translate content from English to Vietnamese and vice versa- Crop, resize, and lightly-edit product photos as needed- Moderate user-generated content in English and Vietnamese based on existing content guidelines as necessary- Contribute to existing language style guides and other content guidelines- Research, brainstorm, and develop ideas for various types of product content
