What we expectTrack-record of designing a substantial project where your UX work has resulted in a demonstrable increase in user retention or acquisition.Understanding and experience with User Centred Design Methodologies (UCD)Ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups, taking on feedback and helping them articulate their business needs into changes that can be quickly implementedBalancing user needs against business objectives and constraints.Ensure that the design vision is executed correctly during the development process by building strong relationships with the engineering team for design reviews.Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written EnglishBonus points for:Interest in emerging technologies in web, mobile, wearables, automotive and other devicesKnowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and other web application technologiesExperience designing for a global audience in multiple languagesFamiliarity with the agile software development processLike maps and location based services (we love maps) The role is based in our centrally located HCMC office. While you can work from the office five days a week if preferred, our Product team can choose to work up to two days a week from home.
