Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities.Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.Translate product vision and requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Design solutions that enhance usability, task efficiency, discoverability, and accessibility across platforms.Develop, maintain, and enforce design systems to ensure consistency across products.Create interactive prototypes and visual assets to communicate design concepts and guide development. Partner with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.Apply responsive and adaptive design principles for seamless experiences across devices and screen sizes.Participate in product strategy discussions and contribute design insights to inform decision-making. Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and ethical design practices.Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.

Must-Have Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design: research → wireframes → prototypes → final UI.Experience designing for web, mobile, and desktop applications.Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and interaction design patterns.Familiarity with usability testing and user research methods (InVision, Maze, UserTesting).Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript/React/Angular/Vue) to collaborate with engineers.Experience designing for enterprise or security-conscious applications.Nice-to-HaveMotion and interaction design (After Effects, Lottie, Framer).Experience designing dashboards, real-time systems, or data-heavy applications.Knowledge of internationalization/localization considerations in product design.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience.5–10+ years of professional product or UI/UX design experience.Strong portfolio demonstrating a balance of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and visual design
