- Creating and maintaining a design system that supports the product's brand, design principles, and user experience.
- Presenting design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients.
- Developing design strategies and roadmaps for the product's development and growth.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate your design ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and user feedback, and translate them into design solutions that are intuitive, engaging, and effective.
- Contribute to design critiques and brainstorming sessions to help generate new ideas and solutions.
- Taking lead on design good practices and internal research.
- Develop design systems, design strategy and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across our product portfolio.
- Solving design problems, building a good team culture, mentoring other junior team members to help them grow their skills and expertise.

- Knowledge of user research and testing, able to find problems, making and verifying assumptions from data.
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software to create high-quality designs and prototypes.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of business strategy, metrics, and how design decisions can impact business outcomes, and be able to align design goals with the product's business goals.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach junior designers.
- Deep understanding of data and tech industry and market.
