- Work hand in hand with the Head of the Product Development Team and Product Developer.
- Oversees daily PD team business activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Implement operational policies, resources and enhancing workflows to meet strategic goals through data-driven decisions.
- Leading the operation of 3D personnel (2 heads), 2D technical team (4 heads), BOM technician (1 head), Product Quality Standard technicians (2 heads), Packaging technician (1 head), Patterns and foam drawing technician (1 head), Sample room team (6 heads), Wood frame team (4 heads), Foaming guy (1 head).
- Collaborate with Production Team, Purchasing Team, Sales Team, QA/QC Team, Planning Team, Warehouse Team, and HR Team to align on company goals.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in an operations management role.
- Leadership: Strong team management and decision-making capabilities.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, reporting tools, and business software.
- Knowledge in upholstery furniture industry is a plus
