LianLian Global is one of the leading Cross-border Payments who is serving more than 1 million E-sellers worldwide. Entering Vietnam market since September 2021, LianLian Global Vietnam aspires to help Vietnamese E-sellers best seize opportunities in global markets by providing the innovative multi-currency solution to receive foreign currencies from global marketplaces and convert to domestic currency at the best rate possible.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Development Specialist to join LianLian Global Vietnam team. The Product Development Specialist will be responsible for driving the product strategy, development, and launch of our company's products. They will also play a crucial role in directly supporting local businesses and addressing product-related issues in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and business goals to drive the successful delivery of effcient and high-quality product changes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and prioritize feature development.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Directly support local businesses in Vietnam, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and leveraging that knowledge to enhance our product offerings.
- Address product-related issues with partners, fostering strong relationships and finding collaborative solutions.
- Know your competitors in Vietnam well, able to sense and react to their features/products/businesses changes in a timely manner.
- Define and analyze key product metrics and use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and optimizations.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience and product performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Development/ Operation Specialist or similar role (2+ years will be ideal), with a successful track record of launching and managing products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, local businesses, partners, and competitors.
- Fluency in English is essential as the role involves active participation in international meetings with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in product management tools and methodologies (Jira, Confluence, Figma & Axure)
- A strong understanding of user experience design principles and an ability to advocate for user-centric product development.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
