We are looking for strong experienced Product Manager who will join in our amazing team and work with client to understand their business need about product in E-commerce, E-wallet and Fintech, etc. Your key responsibilities are:Plan and manage software development projects, including defining project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.Ensure timely, qualified and successful delivery of software development projects.Manage a team of software developers, providing direction and support to ensure successful project executionCommunicate effectively with clients and stakeholders across multiple countries.Manage project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and provide recommendations for improvement.Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communicationWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the organization.Perform other assigned tasks

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in software development project managementStrong project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.Experience managing teams of software developersExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Experience in implementing and managing agile and scrum practices within large, regulated organizations with legacy systems.Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills to influence strategy, prioritize business outcomes, and develop strategic roadmaps for business units/domains.Proven ability to lead and manage a business outcomes backlog, maintaining a portfolio-level view of the business domain.If you are an experienced Project Manager looking for a new exciting challenge and being willing to work with Japanese clients, we welcome you to apply.
