The role is based in the Hanoi Capital Region with hybrid working time. The Business Analyst/ Product Manager will be responsible for tasks related to business analysis, communication, defining business processes and requirements, and leveraging their POS system experience to drive success in eCommerce operations.DescriptionDefine and manage the product strategy and roadmap for POS solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and continuous improvement.Gather and analyze feedback from customers, competitors, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time.Develop tools and workflows that support inventory management, payment processing, sales reporting, and overall operational efficiency for users.Create comprehensive product documentation, user guides, and training materials to support internal teams and customers.Use data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions for improvement.

Have experience as a Business Analyst/ Product Owner/ Product Manager, preferably in POS, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms.Strong knowledge of POS systems, retail operationsProven ability to create and maintain product roadmaps, write user stories, and manage backlogs.Experience with data collection, analysis, and decision-making based on insights.Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, ...or equivalent.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong focus on user experience (UX/UI) and customer journey optimization.Self-motivated, flexible, and accountable for achieving goals in a team-oriented environment.
