Product Manufacturing Manager

Mission "The Product Manufacturing Manager takes responsibility to Manage New Product Introduction, handle the planning and follow up key milestone. 'Product development with validation step from engineering samples to mass production, • Line production setup and qualification, • Test development, • Mold development (trials run) & plastic raw material delivery. • Kitting & packaging validation with headquarter - Interface between the supplier / manufacturer and headquarter team (supply chain, industrial team, test team, BU, R&D, purchasing team,..) - Follow by daily the production plan and result compare to the customer demand. Report any late delivery or finish goods excess stock. - Challenge the procurement made by supplier (EMS - Electronics manufacturing services) and its 2nd rank (plastic, PSU, cable,…), follow and report the main shortage or excess to headquarter (actual and future). - Responsible of the right quality level of the delivery. - Support test / line manufacturing/ industrialization development and improvement. Act as a technical support to industrial team based in France (Test/ R&D). - Provide cost down proposal and Overcost follow up. - Follow testing time / unit time – testing time reduction road map. - Follow the right application of all ECN (Engineering change notice)."
