*According to Decree No.13/2023/ND-CP on protecting personal data (“PDP”), Home Credit Vietnam would apply "Personal Data Processing Agreement" with all candidates to ensure compliance with the decree.By submitting this application to Home Credit Vietnam Finance Company Limited through LinkedIn, you agree to allow Home Credit to proceed your provided information in accordance with Personal Data Processing Agreement that you have read, fully understood and agreed to the entire content at link https://career.homecredit.vn/vn/article/id/217.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Be responsible for the product marketing strategy with a multi-channel timeline and marketing content plan in collaboration with internal & external teams.• Build launch & yearly marketing plans relying on solid user insights and strategically aligned with product roadmap, with the objective of generating product brand awareness and ultimately growing the player base.• Collaborate with Performance team to optimize the advertising campaigns targeting and assets; with Product team to implement strategies & ensure effective communication of focused products.• Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches or enhancements, including pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.• Be able to understand and internalize product features, user experience, business value and market implications from a marketing perspective.• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Use data and insights to influence product strategies and marketing campaigns.• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote product launches, features, and updates, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.• Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies as needed.• Manage the budget spending of product marketing activities.• Plays a key role in cross-functional collaboration.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Experienced in Product Marketing/ Brand Marketing/Marketing/Communication positions.• Working experience in CFC/E-commerce/Fintech/Digital Bank/FMCG company with domain knowledge in online channels.• Strong understanding of customer behavior, competitive & market landscape.• Data driven, good stakeholders’ management, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Fluent English communication.
