Product Owner (English)

We're hiring a Product to own and orchestrate our services engagements with our biggest clients. Product Owners are experienced relationship managers responsible for building a positive relationship with clients. They help orchestrate important activities that set new customers up for success as they build and deliver amazing values. You will help our strongest promoters showcase successes to their peers and serve as the tip of the spear in growing the reach of our technologies for new use cases and markets.Your role & responsibilities Own our services relationship with some of our largest customers, helping them unlock the potential of their teams. Manage client expectations, engagement health, and ensure successful completion of delivery work with the customer. Co-create a long-term strategic engagement and roadmap with the client to achieve their goals. Reach into all members to advocate for and facilitate a deeper level of engagement with our largest customers. Help identify and promote opportunities for service and expansion within a client organization. Timezone Coordination=> Must align with the California timezone for at least 2 hours each day with a starting time of 6 AM. Office Commitment: On-site work is mandatory for a minimum of 3 days weekly. Your skills & qualifications Important: Excellent in English is required. You should be able to comfortably communicate with native speakers in both written and oral forms. Worked within enterprise customer-facing roles Demonstrated customer engagement management ability including escalation management, customer advocacy, and managing multiple engagements simultaneously Customer discovery/interview skills Identified and explained themes from customer data Helped organizations adopt our services Technical Project Management experience including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and stakeholder reporting Skilled in designing user-centric and visually appealing interfaces (UI/UX Expertise) Proven ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards It's great, but not required if you have: Foundational technical skills and familiarity cloud computing solutions Benefits for you This is a full-time position with deep collaboration with foreign clients.
