- Able to comprehend the UX flow (business logics) Story Mapping and set an appropriate development goal
- Able to output the document of the UX design based on the basic customer journey communicated
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
- Able to create a product roadmap (master plan) and a master schedule for a product
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Able to do Vertical Slicing, work breakdown structure
- Able to detect an impact on master schedule based on the current Sprint situation
- Sprint plan is monitored in order to GUARANTEE the quality of output
- Sprint output is ready to be checked by stakeholder without any technical flaws
- Collaborate with team and create Sprint retrospective report
- Keep track of every backlog ticket and can report what the latest situation is for the project
- Summarize important points to write the report and able to effectively communicate to the client
- Facilitate to define team process
- Facilitate to define Definition of Done of development team
- Facilitate to define the team rule
- Facilitate to define the team goals, also individual goals
- Improve team process, productivity, also quality
- Encourage development team to take ownership of their process
