Product Owner

Participate in business meetings with stakeholders (led by the Product lead) to brainstorm and align product processes.Research, Identify, evaluate, and align specifications for new features and enhancement of existing ones.Conceptual design, research, and specification of entirely new features and functionsAbility to interact effectively with different stakeholder groups.Take full responsibility for specific releases of the products and services, ensuring that they fulfil stakeholders’ and customers’ needs and are delivered successfully on time.Attend the scrum meetings for:Daily standup: Know your team status, answer and/or solve the team’s issue on time.Grooming: proactively own and explain the product requirements and delivery expectations in all scrum meetings. Explain the essentials of product features/requirements.Demo: provide feedback on completed work.Review the user stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams, and workflows and manage the backlog of the products and user journey.Work with BA to make sure PRD documents transfer into tasks, estimate, and plan for releases.
