Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Tech...) to gather, analyze, and define product requirements.Develop and own the product vision and roadmap, aligning with company goals and user needs.Create detailed user stories, product specs, user flows, and wireframes to guide development.Act as the key liaison between business, design, and engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of features on time and to specification.Monitor product performance post-launch and use data insights to inform enhancements and improvements.Stay updated on market trends and competitor products to ensure product competitiveness.Ensure product compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies (e.g., from the State Bank of Vietnam).

Must-have:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in fintech, digital banking, or personal finance.Hands-on experience with at least one of the following products:Consumer lending (secured/unsecured)Digital credit card issuanceBuy Now Pay Later (BNPL)Automated savings / flexible depositsSolid understanding of digital product development processes, especially within Agile/Scrum environments.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Data-driven mindset; experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or basic SQL is a plus.Nice-to-have:Familiarity with risk management, credit scoring, KYC/eKYC, or open banking APIs.Prior experience in fintech startups, e-wallets, or digital banks.
