• Responsible in supporting customer reported Intel product quality and technical issues.• May require to interact with customer directly in certain circumstances.• Performing technical investigation on customer returns, conducting basic component and system testing, advocating customer concern to internal teams, working with Intel internal teams to determine root cause and corrective action to prevent reoccurrence of problem.• Compose technical report for issue closure.• Responsible for establishing support of new product and drive improvement of the customer support process for existing products.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• You should possess a bachelor or above in science or electrical and electronics engineering, or computer architecture.• Basic technical knowledge in microelectronics, computer organization and architecture.• Have 2 years plus of relevant working experience.• Strong communication skills in verbal / written. • Fluent in English speaking.• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.• Willing to work with people from various geographies and/or countries.• Willing to work in a diverse environment where interaction will involve customer and internal counterparts from Malaysia, PRC, TWN, Japan and other geos.
