We are looking for an intern to join the Product Support team and help us with our LEO project.
LEO or “Listing Engagement Optimisation” is our process of improving short-term rental property pages on online travel agency “OTA” sites like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia, through optimizing content, amenities, photos, pricing, and booking rules to maximize booking conversion and revenue generation.
As this role directly supports our users, most of whom are based in Europe, the hours of work will be non-standard.
What you will do
- Define every opportunity to boost advertisement rank higher on OTA search results, stand out and attract more attention from travelers.
- Follow the outline of the actions to help customers boost advertisement performance.
- Maintain accurate advertising content between Your.Rentals portal and sales channels.
- Listing optimization.
- Free photo package research.
- OTA optimization.

What you will need to have
- Advanced level of written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data-sets.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work full-time from 12pm to 9pm on weekdays (Monday - Friday).
