Production Assistant

**ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES-Implement 5S-Print orders and checking status of orders according to production schedule--Monitor the KPI-Ensure consumption and notifying-Inventory and weekly report-Process layer-Train the leaders-Report the daily, weekly quantity SAP-Coordinate with other department to maintain the product quality and machine conditions-Know-how about working instruction and ensure the working instruction are followed-Comply with the required order and cleanliness, safety and environmental requirements- Follow assign from head of department**AUTHORITIES- Handle labour discipline violations with the operator do not comply with labor regulations or work instructions.- Stop the production line if detecting the locations or machines that do not ensure safety or quality.- Make decisions based on the current situation on behalf of the manager in their absence or outside working hours.- Change production plan in case urgent order or material problem.- Sign on overtime document, leave application, in/out issue from stock- Evaluate performance of workers.
