Production Assistant

Responsibilities:1. Production planning and system management• Support production planning by coordinating material preparation, verifying material availability before and after production, and ensuring output meets the agreed schedule.• Maintain accurate production data and reports in SAP, ensuring consistency between system records and actual operations.• Monitor inventory accuracy, manage key production master data, and take corrective actions for discrepancies in quantity, expiry dates, or system records.2. Workforce coordination• Develop and manage shift schedules, attendance, overtime, and leave records to ensure optimal manpower allocation and compliance with labor regulations.• Coordinate with HR and Safety teams to support employee-related processes, compliance requirements, and mandatory training programs.3. Projects & continuous improvement• Coordinate and support cross-functional production projects to ensure timely and effective execution.• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as TPM (Total Production Management) and Nestlé Continuous Excellence, contributing to problem-solving and operational excellence activities.Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate manager.
