Mô Tả Công Việc
• Receive FC demand, PO from customers; then analyze fluctuation and investigate the trend. Basing on FC demand/ FC to prepare materials and resources for production.• Monitor production progress and give prediction to potential delay of shipment (if any) to request for preventative actions.• Lead shipping progress, work with relevant departments (logistics, accounting, QCE) to make sufficient documents for qualified shipments.• Keep periodical communication with customer by email/ phone to discuss any concern about demand, development status, production progress, and other problems (if any). Respond any request from customers, cooperate with relevant departments to satisfy customers.• Update sales forecast/ result to manager basing on demand forecast and shipment result.• Prepare quotations for customers.• Manage sales price.• Manage BOM data of models: check BOM, register BOM into system, maintain BOM.• Work with internal system to register master (price, BOM, shipping list, sales invoice, etc.).• Control subcon: coordinate with subcon on production progress and delivery.• Run MRP to release purchase order.• Analyze inventory aging and follow 4M changes.• Other related tasks assigned by Manager.

• Graduated from University (Faculty of Economics, Business, Finance and Statistics… is preferable)• At least 2-year experience in relevant field of production control tasks in manufacturing/ processing/ trading companies (Priority will be given to candidates having experience with electronic components/ PCBA, foreign manufacturing company)• Proficient at Excel, MS office• Have good command of JAPANESE and can use English in daily work• Ability to work under pressure, overtime if needed• Ability to manage multiple tasks• Be active & eager to learn new things• Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, quick-learning, positive and open minded• Experience with MRP/ERP softwareSalary & benefits• Monthly gross salary: VND 14~26 million (negotiable upon experience)• Probation: 02 months, participating in social insurance during probation• Annual leave: 14 days per year • Annual health check at high class hospital• Healthcare insurance• Company trip every year• Christmas party, New-year party, Company dinner, Company birthday party, Gifts and/ or cash for all holidays, Snack time everyday• Salary review once per year • Bonus twice per year Recruitment process• CV screening (Resume in JAPANESE language is compulsory)• 1st round interview: Production control manager/ assistant manager, HR manager• 2nd round interview: General Director
