Mô Tả Công Việc
- Work with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality & Production team members.
- Establish a structured approach to validate new or existing suppliers with their process readiness.
- Experience in Tools, Electronic, Motor, Mechanical Components will be advantage.
- Work with the team to review how new component fit well into product design, component tolerances and requirements both at the product and component levels.
- Conduct and perform New Product qualification during the New Product Development stage.
- Plan and monitor the product and component analysis; physical testing and performance evaluations.
- Use appropriate tools such 6S, Bottleneck Analysis, PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), PokaYoke (Error Proofing), JIT, Root Cause Analysis to increase production competence.
- Demonstrates a continuous effort to improving the product design and manufacturing product quality operations.
- Support cost reduction actions and all other related quality and cost improvement programs.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Fresh graduate or 1- 2 years of Engineering experiences
- A University degree with Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Production
- Familiar with ISO9001, PFMEA
- Good in written and spoken English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively and independently.
- Power Tools work experience is preferred.
- A Self Starter with a hands-on, eager to implement key initiatives and support through to the successful implementation.
- Familiar with gasoline products is a plus
- CAD, Power BI, VBA
