Production Engineering Staff/ Senior Staff

*** JOB DESCRIPTION:We are looking for Production Engineering Staff/ Senior Staff who will be in charge of improving mold for current product and developing new mold for new project, details as below:- Decide and discuss the mold specifications and structure- Design the overall mold as well as detailed components; establish mold design standards- Analyze mold errors, propose solutions; set up and adjust molding/ stamping conditions for products- Handle the necessary procedures in the process of repair and improvement- Manage progress, schedule for trial molding/ stamping and calculate materials for mold testing- Perform summary reports on issues encountered during mold trials- Compile and deliver final documents after finishing the mold according to ISO standards- Carry out quality checks and product verification during testing molding/ stamping*** BENEFITS:- Competitive salary package with your experience and skills- Health Care package from Panasonic Appliances Vietnam- Annual salary increase, bonus 2 - 3 times a year, bonus on holidays of the year- 100% salary in probation time & participate in social insurance with 100% of basic salary (+ allowances for foreign languages, environment... if any) according to Labour Law- Allowances of Languages certificate (English, Japanese, Chinese), master's degree in Japan; Life allowance- Many interesting training courses from Panasonic Corporate - Company bus pick up from Ha Noi, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh- All Sundays & 02 - 04 Saturdays off per month- Free TOEIC test (depend on annual plan)- Various events such as travel, sports day, family day, annual event organized by the company, etc
