Production Manager

Main goalsTo be a connection between Head of Operation Division and foreman and operatorsAUTHORITY: As per DOAMAIN DUTIES• Drive and lead safety initiatives while ensuring safe work practices and compliance to all local regulatory guidelines are met in Production shopfloor. • Drive and support all activities to ensure Production objectives and targets are met or exceeded at minimum cost• Foster a continuous improvement culture through the effective execution of lean manufacturing and quality systems• Propose solutions to improve production and solve technical or management problems.• Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Production planning, and other departments to meet daily production schedules and performance targets• Cooperate with HR to effectively evaluate, train, coach and support team members• Ensure the working area / environment conforms to required 5S and workplace organizational standards at all times• Substitute the Head of Operation Division in case of his absence.• Supervise and lead foremen, team leaders, and operators, organizing daily production activities to meet the KPIs set by the manager.• Ensure training, motivation, and development of the production teamOTHER DUTIESOther duties may be assigned
