- To develop and manage an effective plan of overseeing the production process and production schedule, .- To enhance company’s LEAN work practices. 5S Kaizen etc. - To exploit new technologies where appropriate to achieve cost savings .. - Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs with QA.- Cooperate with firm’s HR Department and develop skills training. - Pre-production (planning) development. - To embrace a culture and team spirit and leaning what it means to belong at Midway. - Developing reporting procedures and systems to add value to department managers. - Maintain and enhance health and safety guidelines across all processes in conjunction with HR and HSE. - Perform any other duties within the bounds of Company policies that are requested by the GM.
