Production Planning Base LGG

1. Loading plan control:- Receive and update yearly/monthly forecast to factory for line reservation. Calculating estimated monthly factory capacity/capacity gap to make proper adjustment with HQ team in advance. - Receive the Order Plan and prepare loading plan based on delivery, quantity and SAM. Study T/P, choose suitable style with factory' strength and price to allocate order to each factory based on their capacity.- Feedback factory allocation to sale team/MD team. Check and analyse order receipt/overall loading to give feedback to HQ to have action in case of:• Unbalance loading.• Under load/Overload.• Order not match with committed quantity- Make closing monthly report in the end of month. Check the actual output and adjust fallout order or advancement orders. - Give direction to master plan.2. Master plan control:- Weekly review loading plan and work out with factory in production line arrange.- Generate Time and Action calendar (T&A) for MD & Teach team to follow properly to secure on time garment delivery.- Check WIP each factory and discuss with factory for adjustment and outsource if need and pass information to MD/Outsource team.- Weekly review material readiness (co-ordinate with MD/Tech team to check accessories, fabric and /stripe off approval/ sample approval status to ensure that all material are ready for smooth production.- Review output and weekly adjust output if needed.- Adjust production plan in case there any changes .- Work together with factory to track production status and garment delivery.- Weekly/Monthly holding meeting with related department (China team/Vietnam MD office for general production plan/factory WIP /allocation based on actual production status: sewing line, input, output, inspection status, shipment and analyse/summarize related management report and seek for solution. - Weekly regular report to Management team/Buyer as required.- Other duties assigned by Managers.
