Job DescriptionResponsible for coordinating the entire process from receiving customer requirements to final delivery. Ensure production schedules and delivery deadlines are met, while effectively collaborating with relevant departments to resolve any issues that may arise.Key Responsibilities• International Customer Communication: Act as the main contact point for overseas customers. Use fluent English to accurately understand customer requirements regarding product specifications, quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.• Production & Shipment Planning: Develop production plans and shipment schedules. Monitor and manage delivery operations to ensure on-time shipment.• Cross-department Coordination: Work closely with the Production Department to monitor quality, oversee the production process, and ensure stable machine operation in line with production plans.• Documentation Management: Manage and maintain customer-related documents, including purchase invoices, product records, sales contracts, and other relevant paperwork.

Job Requirements• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields.• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment; preference for candidates from mechanical manufacturing companies or those with experience working with international clients (especially from the U.S. and Japan).• Strong communication and English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing). TOEIC ≥ 700 or IELTS ≥ 6.5 required.• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
