Production Staff

Responsibilities:• Implement continuous improvement, perform root cause analysis, identify and eliminate waste, optimize work methods to enhance production efficiency, and create a comfortable working environment for operators.1. Analyze and Monitor Productivity Metrics • Track and interpret key indicators such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Cycl Time, and Take Time to evaluate production performance.2. Perform Root Cause Analysis • Investigate production issues using structured problem-solving tools including 5 Why, Pareto Chart, Fishbone Diagram, and Histogram to identify and eliminate root causes.3. Implement Lean & Kaizen Principles • Apply Lean Manufacturing concepts to reduce waste (Muda) and optimize line balancing. • Develop actionable improvement plans with clear timelines and present ideas to effective stakeholders.4. Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives • Propose and execute process improvement projects based on data analysis to enhance productivity and product quality.5. Ensure Equipment Knowledge and Safety Compliance • Understand the operating principles of production machinery to support improvement activities. • Guarantee that all changes and improvements maintain occupational safety standards and do not compromise worker safety.
