Production Support Engineer

Responsibilities:• Knows the technical characteristics, design features, purpose, and modes of operation of the enterprise's equipment (conveyor lines, test blocks, CNC machines), and the rules of its technical operation.• Ensures correct technical operation, and uninterrupted operation of production equipment.• Repairs devices and takes measures to improve their operation.• Performs planned technical inspection of equipment and power tools in production and tool calibration.• Implements measures for timely and high-quality performance of repair work according to approved documentation.• Checks the performance of the device on the test equipment designed for this purpose according to the test methods.• Takes part in checking the technical condition of electronic equipment, conducting preventive inspections, and accepting for developing electronic equipment that is put into operation again.• Keeps records and analyzes indicators of the quantities of electronic equipment that was repaired.• Creates applications for spare parts for it, technical documentation for repairs, and creates a work report.• Controls the timely supply of electronic equipment with spare parts and materials.• Monitors the technical condition of the control and measuring equipment used.• Keeps his workplace clean.
