• Participate in the development, improvement, and localization of new Hunter Douglas Indochina products according to market demands.• Research, design, and test products (including structure, materials, processing, assembly, and packaging) to ensure compliance with technical, aesthetic, and cost standards.• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality departments to conduct trial production, assess feasibility, and optimize processes.• Monitor and evaluate the performance of new products after launch and propose continuous improvement solutions.• Manage product technical data (BOM, drawings, technical standards, assembly instructions).• Prepare R&D progress reports, test results, and technical proposals for management review.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Product Design, or related technical fields.• At least 2–3 years of experience in product development or R&D engineering in an industrial environment.• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent design software.• Knowledge of metal, aluminum, coating, mechanical assembly, or composite material processing is an advantage.• Strong analytical, testing, and technical evaluation skills.• Good English skills for reading technical documents, preparing reports, and communicating with international partners.• Creative mindset, good teamwork, and willingness to learn new technologies.Benefits:• Attractive salary and benefits package commensurate with qualifications and experience.• Work in a professional, creative, and dynamic environment within the multinational Hunter Douglas company.• Career development opportunities and involvement in international product projects.
