PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management: The EMS program manager is responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing the execution of each project. Quality Control: The EMS program manager is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards. This involves working closely with the engineering team to identify and address any quality issues, as well as implementing quality control processes and procedures. Cost Control: The EMS program manager is responsible for managing the costs of production, including material costs, labor costs, and overhead costs. They must identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses wherever possible. Customer Service: The EMS program manager is responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers, address any concerns or issues, and ensure that all products are delivered on time and to the customer's specifications. Communication: The EMS program manager must be able to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams. They must be able to provide clear and concise instructions, as well as coordinate with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the company's standards. Leadership: The EMS program manager must be able to lead a team of engineers, technicians, and production workers. They must be able to motivate their team, set clear goals and expectations, and provide guidance and support when needed. Continuous Improvement: The EMS program manager must be committed to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and products. They must be able to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and implement best practices wherever possible. Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

REQUIREMENTS Education: bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering or related field. Experience: minimum of 5 years’ experience in program management at manufacturing companies. Others: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods. Excellent analytical skills and experience seeing projects through the whole life cycle. Proven ability to solve difficulties creatively. Proven customer management skills. Ability to lead multi-functional teams on large-scale projects.
