Project Control Assistant

Control and monitor Project Capex Budget: - Participate in project budget planning, prepare and coordinate the new plant budget (ARA) with Project management team; Perform revisions or simulations if needed - Create and maintain WBS - Coordinate and prepare monthly actual Capex report and variance analysis vs. forecast; Cash flow report, Downpayment report, ... - Settle WBS to AUC - Support F&C lead in coordinating with Start up team to plan the commissioning cost, intiative operational cost in the first 3 years when hand-over to operation. - Ensure completion of project CAPEX capitalization in SAP - EAC estimations of project Assist engineer to classify fixed asset & validate and ensure depreciation rate are align NAS Assist F&C lead to ensure all project procedures are effective and internal control are in place Others: - Ensure booking T&E to right Cost Center/WBS - Check expense and confirm the cost of Icoform charged from other markets for training, travelling - Check expense allocated from HO (Laptop, Globe cost, Personnel...) - Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT) - Filling documents - Support project admin in peak time
