Project Coordinator Cum Assistant (Architecture/ Interior Design)

• Develop the business and to get new clients• This role serves as a bridge between clients and our in-house project members, such as planners, designers, and directors. It is crucial to accurately understand the client's requirements—including budget, deadlines, and quality standards—as well as the challenges they wish to solve. In this role, you act as the primary point of contact for our company.• Plan and propose strategies for effective space utilization, enhancing customer attraction, and creating emotionally engaging experiences to drive business success; responsible for presenting these proposals to clients as part of the project acquisition process.• Assisting the director with projects and office tasks • Working directly with Vietnamese clients and suppliers on behalf of director• Arrange meeting schedule with clients, contractors• Always ensure effective communication channels are maintained between the design team, contractors, suppliers, and clients.• Prepare workload and schedule for each project and report weekly progress to the Board of Directors
