Project Coordinator

• Assist Acc & Project Manager in tactical activities throughout the design, vendor management• Project coordination, driving procurement tasks, ordering, shipping and receiving, tracking and reporting project progress weekly, and assisting with post-project review.• Able to read and work on AutoCAD symbol placement construction drawings would be preferable• Track fixtures orders and work with Logistics to coordinate deliveries and ensure fixtures is received• Coordinate with Regional ID team and Logistics teams for deployment and commissioning of equipment on site • Support Acc & Project Manager on reviewing contracts and prepare Project Timeline. • Collaborate with other related departments to solve Landlord's inquiries/ complaints/ problems (if any)• Follow up closely with Appointed Contractor on site to ensure the fit-out completion be on time and matching with approved layout • Assist with preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and assigned reports. • Survey competitors & market to gain awareness of market trends & brands and propose potential location for store opening and sales event.• Documentations following and tracking including commercial contracts, memorandum and other related documents as assigned by Management • Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
