Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for the repairs and maintenance project of all guest rooms and guest service area, in other manner assist others section of equipment’s maintenance.

What you will do:

• Coordinate with DOE for the property assessment including building structure general assessment and technical systems, equipment and establishing its report.

• Ability to review/comments on the design, shop drawings, scope of works from vendor.

• Ability for establishing, assessing the work schedule and its monitoring.

• Co-ordination with all related managers, supervisors for work arrangement and review the progress, quality, etc.,

• Leading the punching, snagging, testing commissioning, rectifications and handover process of the project.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines set for each project.

• Maintain inventory of supplies needed to perform the project functions.

• Keep track of repairs made or areas that need more attention (Guest Service Area)

• Report to DOE on the findings and plan for major repairs and items that cannot be repaired for further action.
