Project Leader Data Analytics

I. Project Management • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. • Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of milestones. • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. II. Team Leadership • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of data engineers, analysts, and developers. • Assign responsibilities, set expectations, and foster a culture of collaboration. • Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and resolve roadblocks. III. Stakeholder Engagement • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed. • Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders through reports and presentations. • Collaborate with business users to identify key performance metrics and analytics opportunities. IV. Technical Expertise • Oversee the design and implementation of data analytics solutions, leveraging tools like Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Power BI, and others. • Ensure the integrity, security, and scalability of data solutions. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure best practices in ETL, data modeling, and dashboard design. V. Continuous Improvement • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and AI. • Identify areas of improvement in project delivery processes and implement changes for efficiency. • Contribute to the development of TC Data’s methodologies and best practices.
