Project Leader

Yêu cầu ứng viên • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.• Certification of PMP.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivering large-scale projects.• Experience managing project budgets and schedules.• Must handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks, are also responsible for maintaining a large amount of data and paperwork.• Must communicate company policies and decisions clearly and with authority, often give presentations to employees and lead BU meetings.• Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.• Interpersonal skills: organize, communicate, and interact with a company’s people daily.• A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
