Project Legal Manager – Real Estate Industry

• Start working after Lunar New Year 2025• Project: Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem/ LOTTE PROPERTIES HCMC CO.,LTD• The job objective is to:- Ensure the necessary approvals/permits will be granted for the Project by the competent authorities at each stage and provide legal risk management measures- Ensure the Project and the Company are in compliance with the current laws and regulations • Key tasks and responsibilities will include:- Review and interpret articles/clauses in laws and regulations relevant to all matters during each Project stage- Research market practice related to legal procedures- Provide legal opinions on the Company's decisions based on both laws/regulations and the market practice, and propose the most optimum measures for the Company- Engage in discussions/persuasions with the officials at the competent authorities and establish relationships- Review and appraise legal documents of the Company and the Project, including contracts, agreements, certificates, etc.- Other tasks and duties assigned by the General Director and the team leader
