Project Manager (Agile, Scrum)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of technology projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, product management, and operations.Key Responsibilities: Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and business teams to ensure a seamless user experience and user flow Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and mitigating issues proactively. Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and expectations. Utilize Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as per project requirements. Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as needed. Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements. Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
