** JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manage project activities for multiple projects across all project phases (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Control, and Closure) to ensure project goals and objective
- Project estimation, budget control, people management, and risk management
- Ensure software development standards and practices are compliant with company processes
- Identify and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle
- Work closely with the customer to resolve open topics and align common goals
- Lead and motivate the team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them with valid and constructive feedback, supportive and professional mentoring
- Take part in the talent selection process for the company as a technical interviewer, and take initiative in improving reporting, processes, workflow, and customer outcomes
- Evaluate the performance of team members and determine essential training needs
- Actively participates as a leader in the company to contribute to building up Bosch company culture
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- B.S or equivalent degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computing Engineering, Information Technology, or related major
- 3+ years of experience in Software Development (Embedded, C)
- Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management processes
- Excellent Resource Management and Time Management skills
- Understanding of the development process of automotive software.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-driven and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and lead teams
- English proficiency is a must.
- Experience in the Automotive field is an advantage
