Mô Tả Công Việc
- Works closely with managers to develops detailed project plans, schedules projects, and execute the project
- Manages and oversees the project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, budget tracking & team management
- Stakeholder management including project partners, government, donors & businesses by exhibiting professional listening, speaking, writing, and negotiating skills
- Coordinate with stakeholders and clients and reports regularly on project progress to direct manager
- Lead and manage project team members to complete tasks on time within high-quality
- Ability to travel as needed to support the projects
- Perform other duties as requested
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields such as environment, sustainability, development or business or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English languages
- Minimum of 5-6 years experience in related sectors
- Experience in sustainability, waste management and/or aquaculture (preferred)
