1. Project Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements, objectives, and expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including WBS, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and ensure project teams are aligned with project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Assess and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post project evaluations.
- Collaborate with other leaders/managers/PMOs/Engineering
2. Team Management:
- Build and lead high-performing project teams, comprising developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities, providing clear direction to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that promotes innovation, knowledge sharing and collaborative working environment.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of project deliverables.
- Conduct regular code reviews, testing, and other quality checks to ensure software integrity.
4. Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
5. Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and devise risk mitigation plans to avoid any adverse impacts on project delivery.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and on board.
6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor project performance metrics, such as progress, budget utilization, and timeline adherence.
- Prepare regular project status reports for internal stakeholders and/or clients.
- Organize seminars to improve workflow, productivity & quality
