Project Manager

- Willing onsite in Japan or join business trip if necessary 

- Have the ability to be diplomatic, interested and have good communication skills, 

- Good command of Japanese (N2 at least) 

- Project or program management experience in a bank or technology organization including, performance management, IT project implementation. 

- Strong experience in performance tracking and management including operating rhythm of performance reviews. 

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Technology, Business or relevant discipline 

- Strong knowledge and experience in blending traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach in the right proportions to fit large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects.
