• At least 3 years of experience in a PM role IT or software development industry, good fintech knowledge is an advantage.• Familiar with Azure Board, MS Project, JIRA/Confluence,… for dashboards, board configuration, burndown, and similar tools.• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.• Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for project management.• Possess strong problem solving, analytical skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritize accordingly.• Adhere to organizational guidelines and process.• Excellent communication and leadership, conflict resolution and conflict management skills.• Highly organized and excellent time management ability.
