Develop a detailed project plan outlining scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
Manage and assign tasks to relevant teams (e.g., BA, development team, external partners).
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose timely solutions to keep things on track.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
Coordinate the integration and collaboration between our payment solutions (such as credit card issuance, acquiring, QR transactions, etc.) and the bank’s internal systems.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, ideally in finance, banking, or credit card projects.
In-depth understanding of the cashless payment ecosystem, including credit cards and QR payments.
Strong leadership, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
Good English skills (reading, writing technical documents, and communicating with international partners if needed).
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management credentials.
Experience working with banks or financial institutions.
