Role overview:As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the successful execution of projects. You will lead the Site Engineer team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate effectively across departments, manage subcontractors, and work closely with clients to meet their expectations at every stage. Qualifications requirement• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field• Valid Certificate of Construction Site Supervision.• Valid Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (Group …) as required by local regulations.• 5+ years of experience in managing construction or industrial projects • Solid understanding of construction site processes, materials, and timelines• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills• Strong command of English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office• Willing to travel and supervise projects across Vietnam• Problem-solver, results-oriented, and able to handle pressureSkills required:• Strong leadership and team management skills, especially in cross-functional and technical teams• Excellent project planning, coordination, and execution abilities• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under tight deadlines and limited budgets• Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of multiple projects• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel) and CAD understanding• Fluent in Vietnamese and good command of English (written and verbal)• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities• Willingness to travel to project sites across Vietnam when required
